Platform fees

Restaurants and businesses pay a 2% platform fee on completed bookings. Chefs pay a 3% platform fee on completed work. ChefMatch does not take the full payment; we only earn the platform fee. The rest goes to the chef or the business as appropriate.

Fees are shown clearly before you confirm a booking or submit an invoice. They are deducted automatically when payments are processed. There are no hidden fees.

Shown before payment

All fees are shown transparently before you complete a booking or payment. You will always see the exact amount you pay or receive and the platform fee before you commit. If anything is unclear, contact us before you confirm.

Secure payments

Payments are processed securely through the platform. ChefMatch does not hold your full payment; we facilitate the transaction and deduct only the platform fee. Both chefs and businesses receive or pay the correct amounts as shown at the time of booking or invoicing.

Changes to fees

We may change platform fees from time to time. We will give you notice before any change applies to you. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the new fees unless you close your account. For full terms, see our Terms and Conditions.
